In Onuma Park near Hokkaido Hakodate, there is a salmon restaurant called Yuan Golang. When I went at noon, the Japanese boss was afraid of slow cooking and asked for guests to wait. He didn’t plan to do our business. However, our enthusiasm for salmon brought a firm determination to wait. After waiting for half an hour, the fresh salmon rice was released. The salmon was not very thick, but it was crispy and tender. The three salmon were very worthwhile. The other original salmon were of high standard. Anyway, I think I have eaten the best salmon. Next time I come here, I will order salmon. Don't order anything else.
